Cancellation Policy

At Legal Help Services Limited, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we have a clear and fair cancellation policy in place for our free consultations and paid home visits. Free 15-Minute Phone & Zoom Consultations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the inability to book future free sessions. Paid 1-Hour Private Home Visits (£50 Fee) Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit towards a future appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be non-refundable due to scheduling and travel commitments. Bookings Made Within 24 Hours We reserve the right to reject any bookings made within 24 hours if we cannot accommodate the request. If your booking is rejected, we will offer to reschedule at the earliest available time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings at our discretion.
